Bugøynes is located in Sør-Varanger municipality, Finnmark. You can easily get here by car or bus. The nearest airport is Kirkenes Airport, located an hour and twenty minutes by car from Bugøynes. FESTIVAL CAMPSITE – PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Where is the festival campsite located?
The festival campsite is located on the jetty behind the fire station.
Where can regular cars be parked?
Additional parking for regular cars is available behind the school.
What facilities are available at the campsite?
Toilets and separate waste containers are available in the area.
Can I book a campsite in advance?
No. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and advance bookings are not accepted.
What should I keep in mind when setting up camp?
Please be considerate of your neighbours and do not park caravans too close together. Leave enough space so that everyone has a safe and comfortable place to stay.
How much does the festival campsite cost?
The prices are the same whether you stay for one day or several days:
- Tent: NOK 250
- Caravan: NOK 300
How do I pay for the festival campsite?
Payment is made via VIPPS to #822035. A parking permit will be issued upon presentation of proof of payment in VIPPS.
Are there campsite inspections?
Yes. The campsite is checked daily. If you are staying for several days, please make sure the parking permit you receive during the first inspection is clearly visible.
Volunteer
Join us as a volunteer and experience the festival in a whole new way! Fill out our application form here. Main tasks include: setting up and taking down the festival tent, security, bar service, ticket sales, and cleanup.
